PRIMARY EDUCATION

Primary Education (from 6 to 12 years)

Primary education is divided into three 2-year cycles.

Our aim is to inspire our pupils’ thirst for Knowledge, a respect for Nature, the development of their Creativity and the use of the New Information and Communication Technology so that from the start they can be familiar with the use and handling of Information Technology.

It’s essential that the child should learn to respect, not only the people around them, but also their environment and the materials and objects available to them.

It is of utmost importance that a child should have the opportunity to fully develop his or her ability according to his or her personality and age.

The bilingual system is integrated into Primary education in the following way: Art is taught in English and science and maths are taught in both languages. All pupils go to the computer suite every week where they can use different educational programmes in order to study their different subjects. There is also a language laboratory which is used to hone their oral English.
