From
the moment our Centre was created, we bore in mind the importance of the level
of Quality it should attain, be that in terms of facilities and equipment
as well as teaching staff and techniques.
In the year 2000 we began the development and introduction of a Quality Assurance
System which would allow the Centre’s organisation to be aimed at Continuous
Improvement and to achieve the satisfaction of our clients – the pupils
and their families.
On the 27th April 2001, AENOR certified our Administration System according
to the International Regulation UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 with the following scope:
"The design and implementation of official education for pre-school
and primary education. Bilingual Spanish-English in pre-school, primary and
secondary education. The service of school transport."
All Staff at the Centre are involved in the Quality System. Procedures are
reviewed at least yearly and are updated so that the system tailored to the
changes that occur at our Centre.
We are also founding members of ACADE (Asociación de Centros Autónomos
de Enseñanza – Association of Independent Teaching Centres).
